Young writers, what’s your favorite place to post writing & get constructive criticism from other writers?

I’m registered on Livejournal and post to lots of communities there; I’ve also participated in National Novel Writing Month so I usually go onto those forums as well. I’m curious as to what other sites young writers use to post their work and receive constructive criticism from other young writers.
