How to trim email messages in discussion groups or forums

What blogging websites let ANYONE comment on your blogs?
I am looking for a blogging websites that lets anyone comment on your blog without having to sign up for that website and/or sign in with other ids (ie: livejournal, blogspot, etc).
I want a blogging website where people can comment and just type their name and their message.
